Avani Lekhara was born on 8 November 2001 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In 2012 — Halfway through her life she was in a car accident, causing full paraplegia and drastic turnaround.
But out of this life-defining moment, Avani’s father used to motivate her for sports as a physical and mental exercise. She started with archery but eventually became a shooter.
